Bald Eagle at Storrs Pond
Last season 55 different bird species were spotted at Storrs Pond but no one saw a Bald Eagle. Well, this season our bird species list is small (so far) but we recently added a very large, proud bird to the group as a Bald Eagle has been seen soaring through the air. He has been with us for about a week and we hope he has plans to stay longer.

Labor Day Hours
The pool will be open this Labor Day weekend, from 12 to 6 pm on Saturday, Sept. 1, and from 2 to 6 pm on Sunday, Sept. 2.
Revised Pool Hours
Storrs Pond Pool hours are now 12 to 6 through Tuesday, August 28. We thank our staff, starting to head back to college and high school. Our repairs are now completed, and our phone and internet are back up and running.
