We are closed during the winter. In the meantime, enjoy cross-country skiing on our trails around the pond and through the woods. Trail passes may be obtained at the Oak Hill Touring Center.

Although camping is closed during the winter, you can make on-line reservations now for this summer.

We will reopen again in the spring of 2010 – see you then!

About Storrs Pond

The Storrs Pond Recreation Area, operated by the Hanover Improvement Society, is located only minutes from the Town of Hanover, New Hampshire and Dartmouth College. The Area features scenic woodlands, a man-made 13-acre pond and two sandy swimming beaches, a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court and picnic areas. The Area is easily accessible from Interstate 89 and 91.

SPRA is open to pass-holders and the general public from mid-May through mid-September. We offer picnic facilities for both large and small groups, tent and RV camping for up to a one-week stay. We also offer swimming and tennis lessons.

Free public wi-fi internet is available around the pool area and tennis courts.
